There are a few different ways to get to Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica, from other destinations inside the country. If you fly into San Jose, you can either drive to Manuel Antonio – this will take about 3.5 hours – or hop on a local flight to Quepos. There are two domestic airlines with flights from San Jose to Quepos: Sansa and Skyway.
