As you descend into Manuel Antonio from the town of Quepos, the first thing you’ll notice are the breathtaking views of the beaches below. Once you arrive, you may encounter a troop of monkeys up the trees or a couple of iguanas soaking up the rays. Heaven for eco-buffs and adventure seekers alike, tours at Selina Manuel Antonio include parasailing, whitewater rafting, and ziplining through the forest canopy. Surfers and divers are also welcome.
Take a Uber or a cab to Tracopa Bus Station ($25) or to Puente Villa Bonita (only if you speak Spanish) since the stop is not very evident and you will be need to talk to lacals to understand exactly where it is. Price of the bus is around 5 dollars and you can either catch the ones to Manuel Antonio in which case the bus stop is right in front of the Hostel where the Avion Restaurant is. Otherwise you can catch a bus to Quepos which is the main town close to MA and from where you can catch a local bus for half a dollar to the same stop in front of Selina. This local busses run from 5am to 10pm every 20 minutes.
The bus station is right in front of the hostel. Most locals know it as the Parada en fruente a el Avion Restaurante.
