Mexico City Downtown
Mexico City is one of the biggest, most spectacular cities in the world. Surrounded by mountains, it’s a hive of underground parties, cosmopolitan venues, and historical sites. There’s something for everyone and, let’s face it, everyone should visit this colossus at least once in their life. Own the city!
Deep in the heart of downtown Mexico City, Selina is surrounded by beauty and wonder. We’re only a few minutes walk to major landmarks and you can catch glimpses of Aztec ruins from your bedroom.
10 Bed Dorm
The classic Selina option! Bunk up with your new friends without sacrificing comfort – or privacy. Selina’s dorms are not like your typical hostel. We set a high standard with a seating area, your own light, a personal shelf and locker for each bunk bed to keep your things safe and secure. This is the best way to immerse yourself in the Selina community and meet your fellow travelers -- all while getting the most value for your budget. Bathrooms are shared.
If you want a nice rest and some peace and quiet while keeping an eye on your wallet, our standard rooms are the perfect option. Rooms have a queen sized bed with private bathroom. You’ll get the full Selina treatment while having your own place to retire to in the evenings.
For those who still need their comforts while exploring. Our deluxe rooms are made for comfort and are designed with a keen eye for detail. These are large rooms with a private bathroom, king sized bed and depending on the location a private balcony to enjoy the scenic views.
Need a little extra space? Indulge in a Selina suite. These spaces are made for peace and quiet with sound insulation, ensuring you won’t be disturbed (or disturb others…). Suites come with a king-sized bed, private bathroom, A/C, and your own little relaxation area. Depending on the location, you may find yourself with a private balcony with views over the ocean or the rainforest canopy. Designed with a keen eye for detail, the suites are equipped for comfort in style.
Selina Mexico City offers a comfortable, relaxing venue. Chill out with our daily yoga classes and take in the breathtaking views of the city from our cosy rooftop bar.

Night Experience Teotihuacan
Teotihuacán tours run the gamut. From hippie to luxe, you can learn a lot — or take the “lite” bus trip and a sandwich version of the tour. One of the most promising of Teotihuacán tours goes by night and features a stunning, truly over the top video-projection, with animation, narration and music. The 90-minute show is projected in two parts with an intermission walk up the Avenue of the Dead. The first part is projected directly onto the Pyramid of the Sun and narrates the story of the civilization that built and inhabited Teotihuacan, a people who had completely disappeared hundreds of years before the Aztecs founded Tenochtitlán.
Hot Air Balloons Teotihuacan
Experience Teotihuacan Pyramids from the sky!! Be part of a magical and colorful hot air balloon adventure. We will pick you up at your hotel in Mexico City around 6:00 am for a 1 hour drive to Teotihuacan. At sunrise we will prepare and inflate the hot-air balloon with the rest of your group (6-10 people) and as soon as it leaves the ground it's an unforgettable experience. Feel the excitement of admiring the Sun and Moon temples from 2000 feet above the ground and admire the beautiful green valley, volcanoes and mountains during the flight. After landing, receive your certificate and celebrate with a glass of champagne to give thanks to the wind, fire, water and mother earth for allowing us to have this experience. On Saturdays and Sundays, enjoy an included buffet breakfast. Then we will drop you off at the Teotihuacan pyramids around 9:30 am so you can walk at your own pace and admire them from the ground as well (entrance is not included, it costs around 57 pesos p/person). You will have the opportunity to hire a guide if you wish once you are there as well. We will pick you up around 1:00 pm and bring you back to Mexico City!!
