Our CEO and Co-founder, Rafael Museri, participated recently in the Skift Forum Europe with other leaders in the hospitality industry. His panel discussion focused on how disruptive brands like Selina are transforming traditional hospitality concepts and remaking the guest experience. Along with co-panelist Sharan Pasricha, Founder & CEO of Ennismore, and moderator Deanna Ting, Senior Hospitality Editor of Skift, Museri described his vision for Selina and the future of coworking and co-living. Check out the full conversation in this video recap.

“To be more flexible and allow people to move between different dots without the need to commit for x amount of days or a specific room: to be able to allow someone to react based on the social experience – that’s what drives us and it’s the way we make decisions about innovative hospitality,” said Museri about his vision for Selina. The panelists also discussed some of the challenges of growing at scale fast in hospitality, and how we are opening so many Selina destinations around the globe. Museri spoke of his vision for improving the guest experience, integrating responsible travel and sustainability, and where he sees Selina growing in the future.
